The Need

In today's fast-paced world, efficiency is essential in meeting the growing demands of modern living. Conventional washing machines struggle to meet these demands, with long load cycles that sometimes require additional washing cycles. These wash cycles also damage clothing fibers, wearing them down, and forcing consumers to replace their laundered goods.

The Technology

Introducing a moderate electric field (MEF) along with shearing action during the washing process activates ions in the wash liquid. This significantly enhances the diffusion of contaminants, enhancing separation from the laundry load, and improving wash cycle detergency. Moreover, this approach is gentler on fabrics than conventional washing methods.

Commercial Applications

The enhanced cleaning capabilities, paired with less fabric damage, makes the application of MEF to the wash cycle an invaluable asset in numerous settings:

  • Residential Laundry
  • Commercial Laundromats
  • Hospitality Industry
  • Healthcare Facilities

Benefits/Advantages

Our breakthrough technology offers a range of advantages that redefine laundry washing efficiency:

  • Cleaner Laundry: Not only is contaminant removal from fabric improved, but redeposition of the removed contaminants back onto fabrics is also reduced.
  • Shorter Wash Cycles: More efficient contaminant removal reduces wash time.
  • Energy Efficient: MEF minimizes energy consumption.
  • Versatile: MEF can easily be adapted to suit different laundry types, fabrics, and contaminants.

Our cutting-edge technology has unbeatable performance, paving the way towards a cleaner and brighter future.
