With 44 passages completed as of February 2, 2022, these cells demonstrate remarkable stability and reproducibility. Notably, Clone 24B5 B8 exhibits the ability to differentiate upon exposure to the molting hormone ecdysone, expressing the muscle-specific protein Myosin Heavy Chain.
