Economic Development

We collaborate with economic development partners such as Columbus 2020 and JobsOhio to grow the economy by helping businesses increase their value and create new jobs. We actively work with these organizations to help local companies grow and bring new companies to the state. This involvement ultimately benefits the university through a thriving economy we help create in central Ohio and beyond. 

We support Ohio State’s mission by collaborating with local and statewide economic development partners to attract companies to Ohio. We also help those partners retain and expand companies already here.  By helping create a growing and thriving economy we can drive more opportunities to our faculty, staff and students.
